Class of 2016: Morgan [Anna, TX Senior Portrait Photography]

Downtown McKinney is always one of my favorite places to shoot because of the variety of settings and backdrops it provides for my subject. It has greenery, funky brick walls, graffiti– it has it all. Which is why I was so excited when this special senior chose it as the location for her photos. She really just kind of let me do my thing, which is sometimes scary, because at times it can be helpful to have an idea of exactly what the senior is looking for, or what they want their pictures to look like. But Morgan was so laid back and open to everything I suggested. I think this session ended up running about two hours long, even though we initially planned for an hour. But that is what happens when you’re having fun…time flies! And that is exactly what it did. We laughed and smiled until our cheeks hurt and I think a great time was had by all. Now, as I’m sitting her editing Morgan’s pictures, I am blown away by her beauty, the twinkle in her eyes, and her kind spirit that seriously oozes out of every one of her pictures. Morgan, I hope you love your senior portraits as much as I did taking them. I am so blessed that you asked me to take them, and will treasure that Tuesday for a long, long time. I will miss seeing your smiling face this next year as you leave to begin your next journey at Texas Tech, but I cannot wait to see what the future has in store for you. Keep living and loving!

I love these pics of Morgan. I’d like to get something set up for Presley’s Senior pics.
